This policy explains how Jocelynn Ray Care Advisory(“I,” “me,” or “my”) handles information collected through https://raycareadvisory.com and in the course of providing aging transition advisory and placement support. By using this site or contacting me, you agree to this policy.

Information I collect

Information you provide. When you use the contact form, request the guide, take the care reflection, schedule a call, or work with me directly, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, your relationship to your loved one, general location, and any details you choose to share about your situation.

Information collected automatically. I use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) that measure general site usage without cookies or selling your data. The scheduling tool embedded on the Schedule page (Cal.com) may collect information when you book a call, under its own privacy policy.

How I use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide guidance and support
• To send you the guide or resources you requested
• To send occasional helpful emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
• To schedule and prepare for consultations
• To improve the website and the help I offer

How your information is shared

I do not sell your information. I share it only as needed to provide my services, and on a minimum-necessary basis:

• Service providers that help run my practice, such as email delivery (Resend), website hosting and analytics (Vercel), scheduling (Cal.com), and email and calendar (Google Workspace).
• Partner communities, only when you are actively exploring a move and only the information needed to support that placement. I do not share unnecessary personal details.
• When required by law, or to protect safety.

Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message or by contacting me. To make a request, email jocelynn@raycareadvisory.com.

Data security and retention

Information is transmitted over a secure (HTTPS) connection and stored with reputable providers. I keep your information only as long as needed to provide my services and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults making decisions about an older adult’s care. It is not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.

A note on health information

Jocelynn Ray Care Advisory is a non-medical advisory practice and is not a covered healthcare provider. Please avoid sending detailed medical records through the website. Share only what is necessary for me to help you think through next steps.

I may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
